This month Goodhousekeeping features a short article about a website called spatulatta.com. This site features recipes and demonstrations by it’s hosts – who are kids. The recipes are easy but interesting for both adults and kids. I just watched the recipe demonstration for Classic Potato Salad and it looked really good. I thought it was strange that they recommended boiling the potatoes and then peeling them – but then I realized peeling them before would require a sharp object. Ahh – but of course! There are also overviews of utensils, weights and measurements and other basic cooking skills. This is a really great site to inspire the chef inside your child!
