For 4th year in a row, NH tops to raise kids
Despite a significant jump in its percentage of poor children, New Hampshire led the nation in a the annual Kids Count report on health and well-being of children and teenagers…The report measures each state’s progress on 10 statistics, including infant mortality, poverty rates, single-parent families and babies born with low birth weights.
